Work in a fast-paced environment driving positive customer engagement, health score improvement, and revenue retention by continually reinforcing value to customers. Responsible for training existing customer base on product updates and handling escalated customer support. Additionally, you will hold responsibility for increasing the utilization of key features ultimately leading to contract renewal.

As an Account Manager for RealPage Accounting and Commercial Property Management, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the success of our customers. You will provide training and support to our employees, customers and their tenants. You will be helping them get the most out of our software solutions and driving customer satisfaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop curricula, present materials through on-site, classroom or virtual workshops
  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Maintain assigned customer portfolio to drive client adoption and usage
  • Manage quarterly client business reviews (QBR) for assigned clients
  • Oversight of Client support systems and tracking status of client issues
  • Analyze key metrics of customer usage and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that allow for open communication and trust
  • Identify revenue opportunities within the framework of the organization wide strategy
  • Build relationships with multiple departments to coordinate client needs and resolve outstanding issues
  • Grow business by anticipating customer needs and providing a high level of customer services
  • Serve as mentor for new and existing team members by training, coaching and escalation support
  • Responds to internal staff training and business customer needs
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer outcomes
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using correct methods/tools
  • Excellent focus, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a very fast-paced environment
  • Follow, and continually strive to improve communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Desire to go "above and beyond" to engage clients
  • Assist clients with Accounting and Commercial Property Management Training.
  • Support Accounting and Commercial Property Management clients resolve escalated customer support tickets.
  • Assumes new and changing duties and responsibilities on an ongoing basis

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field


Experience

  • Five (5) years of Commercial Property Accounting, Accounting or Commercial Lease Administration experience
  • Experience with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity/Experience with CRM systems and practices
  • Proven to be resolutions expert
  • Analyze key metrics of customer usage and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and external management and work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to achieve desired results
  • Advanced leadership and project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, work independently and take initiative
  • Proven ability to communicate clients’ needs while prioritizing with organizational goals and initiatives
  • Ability to motivate others to achieve project deliverables
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, common sense, and a positive attitude
  • Extremely customer service focused
  • Strong attention to detail is critical for client confidence and efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills to influence customer activity
  • Proven ability to curate and lead training sessions
  • Excellent follow up skills
