Join our HR team as an HR Business Partner.  This role will work side by side with other areas of the business to ensure top performance and development for all of RealPage.  

The Human Resources Business Partner is a key contributor and leadership function to the Company’s organizational climate by leading performance and talent management activities, career planning and development, coaching and counseling, strategic workforce planning, interpretation and application of policy and procedure, facilitating effective communication, and organizational development. This position supports a high growth organization and ensures that staff, programs, processes, and policies align with and directly support the needs of the business.

As the Strategic Partner to several lines of business you will:

• Work directly with leaders to assess needs leading to the identification and implementation of employee relations solutions for business operations.
• Support all levels of management by providing expert advice and counsel on employee relations matters
• Partner with Legal on investigations and compliance
• Champion change management across the organization and assist with talent assessment at all levels
• Coach and counsel senior leaders to develop highly effective working relationships that directly support execution of company objectives.
• Increase levels of communication and engagement across the organization.
• Provide interpretation and guidance for RealPage policies and procedures, state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Design, strategize and deliver programs and activities that drive an organizational climate focused on performance and engagement.
• Assist with acquisition support and new business integration activities
• Assist with ongoing training, onboarding and succession planning activities.

• Minimum of 3 years of human resources management/generalist experience, preferably in a progressive, high growth, and results-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, human resources management, and human resources principles
• Demonstrated experience developing teams, building out new processes, procedures and engagement initiatives
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations at both the state and federal level
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and drive change
• Excellent written and verbal communication, coaching and counseling skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrates professional maturity in dealing with all employee relations situations and able to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to successfully multitask and maintain a high level of accuracy
• Flexible and able to successfully accept change
• Flexible to work extended hours and travel as needed for remote office support
