ABOUT THE TEAM

RealPage Utility Management is responsible for driving client satisfaction by maximizing performance and utility recovery for each client.  We provide invoice processing, A/P extract and resident billing services to our our clients.   RealPage Utility Management obtains the necessary data in a timely manner for on-time, accurate resident billing and works across all departments to resolve community and resident issues if they arise.
RealPage Utility Management is a key component of RealPage's overall strategy to provide software as a service to the multifamily industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Account Manager I is a position within the Utility Management organization focused on client service, expansion and retention.  The Account Manager I works on problems of limited scope, follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.  The Account Manager I builds productive internal and external working relationships. The role is responsible for reinforcing the value RealPage Utility Management contributes to the client organization through performance reporting and customer service. 

 

This position will report to the Director - SMB Account Management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as primary contact to client for Utility Management
  • Adheres to established Account Management Plans for respective account assignments to meet department objectives
  • Monitors and communicates key performance metrics to client
  • Identify opportunities for client to increase recovery, income or other value-added service adoption
  • Collaborate with other RealPage Utility Management departments, Sales and Customer Service Advocate to coordinate client needs and resolve outstanding issues

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Account Management experience required
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and external management and work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to achieve desired results
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient knowledge of MS office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent follow up skills required

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Utility Management experience preferred
  • Experience in the property management industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
