We are looking for a Copywriter to join our Copy Services team in Richardson, Texas. The Copywriter responsibilities include conducting thorough research on client websites, generating ideas for new content, writing fresh copy, and proofreading content. If you’re familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you. Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles, along with your application.

• Research Client websites to identify amenities and features
• Write clear marketing copy specific to each unique community
• Prepare well-structured drafts
• Proofread and edit content before publication
• Submit work to editors for input and approval
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
• Update website content as needed
• Ensure delivery of all work products within assigned SLAs
• Escalate critical issues and problems to management

• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
• Portfolio of published articles helpful
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Ability to switch between writing for multiple products with unique style guide requirements and client preferences
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Ability to work both within a team and independently to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work well with internal teams via email, phone, and video calls to manage orders, deliver content, and provide exceptional client care
• Proficient in oral and written communication, including presentations to management and team members
• Solution-oriented thinking and adaptability to changing priorities
• Working knowledge of online collaboration platforms such as Monday, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Click-up and publication platforms such as WordPress or other CMS software is a plus
• SEO knowledge is a plus
