The Senior Manager, Deal Desk & Renewals is a vital part of our Revenue Operations organization and will be the leader of both Deal Desk and Renewal teams. The Deal Desk team is responsible for analyzing product discounts requested from the Sales organization and works with Senior Leadership and Executives for required approvals or recommendations. This role works cross functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance to deliver best-in-class service internally and externally with clients. The Renewal team is responsible for maintaining accurate data for client renewals across multiple platforms and understanding/coordinating renewal activity both internally and externally.
