WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior Living Advisor on our Brookdale team, everyday is an opportunity to make a positive impact on a family’s needs. Brookdale is the largest operator of senior living communities in the United States, offering state of the art homes for the senior population. You’ll advise families from across the country about Brookdale senior living communities to help transition their loved one into the next chapter of their life.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior Living Advisors generate new leads for the on-site property management team by receiving incoming calls (as well as making outbound calls) and advise families of the features, benefits, pricing and amenities of each Brookdale community. Senior Living Advisors are dedicated to fostering an on-going positive relationship with families and delivering exceptional customer service.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Must be comfortable having conversations that require empathy and compassion
  • English fluency; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable navigating through various computer programs, ability to multi task, typing skills with a minimum of 35 wpm with 80% accuracy
  • Must be available for second shift and weekends

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Customer Service experience of at least one year is highly preferred
