Operations Manager

• Review current operations and design / implement more efficient procedures.
• Develop cadence schedules to optimize communication across departments.  
• Assist in short-term and long-term organizational planning.
• Develop task-oriented project management procedures.
• Maintain WhiteSky’s vehicle fleet through the implementation of standard maintenance and monitoring schedules.

• Promote positive company culture
• Bridge communication between field staff an upper management
• Follow direction, be independent and trustworthy.
