ABOUT THE TEAM

REWS (Real Estate & Workplace Solutions) manages the global RealPage real estate portfolio, capital construction projects, workplace occupancy, environmental, health and safety along with all of the facility services and operations. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Manager, Technical & Field Site Operations US Portfolio, you are responsible for directing REWS facility programs and projects within the RealPage US portfolio, including its headquarters in Richardson, TX.  The Manager will work closely with REWS management regarding the delivery of departmental strategy and the execution of operations in a manner that meets organizational standards.  This position will report to the Vice President, Workplace Services and Operations.

 

The REWS organization is focused on service excellence within the global RealPage enterprise.  The Manager, Technical & Field Site Operations is responsible for ensuring that the method by which all programs are executed and maintained are administered at a level that achieves its experience goals while providing effective solutions to our businesses, employees and clients.

The Manager has financial, team management and execution responsibilities for the areas they are responsible for within their portfolio.  Service areas include:

  • Property Management/Building Operations
  • Physical Security
  • Life Safety Programs
  • Food & Beverage Programs
  • Janitorial

The Manager is also responsible for partnering with / or supporting the integration and/or delivery of the following activities:

  • Construction projects
  • Real estate lease transactions
  • New business acquisition integrations
  • Site decommissioning
  • Space & furniture management
  • Special departmental projects

The Manager will interact frequently with business leads / employees / customers / clients to maintain and strengthen relationships and to ensure work/deliverables meet expectations. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of staff and vendors responsible for the delivery of services within the US field portfolio.
  • Management of staff and vendors in support of building operations for RealPage headquarters.
  • Financial development and administration of the service and operation budgets.
  • Work with business leaders in support of their operations at locations within the US field portfolio.
  • Lead their team in delivering excellent services.
  • Provide departmental management with necessary reporting on business performance.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with regional peers as well as REWS leaders responsible for global delivery standards of their disciplines.
  • Continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction.
  • Perform additional job duties as requested.
  • Some travel required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Three to five years’ experience leading high performance corporate real estate or facilities teams
  • Eight to ten years experience in managing site and facility building operations, including corporate headquarter facility
  • Strong facility maintenance and technical experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot facility issues and identify interim and long term solutions
  • Experience in managing enterprise CMMS (computer maintenance management system) system – RealPage’s system is Corrigo
  • Ability to lead and deliver special projects
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
  • Excellent MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative style

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Development and implementation of preventative and reactive maintenance programs
  • Oversight of corporate construction standards
  • CAD
