Assist in the collection and maintenance of financial data in order to effectively process accurate and timely financial reporting requests. Additionally, the position will work closely with the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager on various projects to help the FP&A department meet all objectives. Primary interaction work groups would include Client Services, Accounting, Financial Reporting and MIS.

• Detail review and analysis of product level and consolidated revenue on a monthly basis.
• Prepare, analyze and reconcile product and consolidated level metrics.
• Reconcile billings and site licenses
• Create and maintain product level analyses of sites, revenues and gross profits.
• Assist in preparation of production backlog analysis on a monthly basis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of consolidated monthly results of operations, cash flows and changes in working capital.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly management and board reporting.
• Assist in the preparation and review of annual budgets and monthly/ quarterly forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze unique customer and unit data. Create ad hoc financial reports and analyses as required. Complete other projects as determined by management to assist department and operations.

• Minimum 2-3 years of financial analysis or accounting experience

• Four-year college degree in business related field
• Strong data mining and data automation skills
• Strong skills with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced), Access, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to provide innovation and improve processes
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Must be self-motivating, hardworking, analytical and proactive
• Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels, inside and outside the organization Flexibility to work overtime when needed

• Experience with Epicor and FRx a plus
• Experience with financial reporting tools such as Hyperion Essbase, Cognos, etc. a plus
• Experience with Epicor a plus
